I’m a premium subscriber, what do I get with my premium package?
As a premium subscriber to HE Professional you have free access to all of events, and all of our premium-only content through your HE Professional member login. All premium features will be available across 2025.
Can I renew my premium subscription?
We are no longer renewing premium subscriptions at this time. If you would like to continue receiving content from HE Professional, you can sign up to our free updates subscription when your premium package expires
I would like to start a premium subscription for the first time, can I?
We have reached capacity on premium subscriptions and we are no longer taking new premium subscriptions at this time.
What are the benefits for existing premium subscribers?
If you are a premium subscriber, we will still be providing all the great benefits of your package, including unlimited free events and access to all our premium content with your login
How do I login to my account?
On the bottom right of our website you will see the login function. Simply login to your account using your username and password.
How do I access events for free?
Step 1. Login to Your Account by clicking the login button in the bottom right hand corner of the site.
Once you’ve logged in you’ll be able to see your profile. Click on ‘Edit Your Profile’ and scroll down to see your unique member discount code. Copy this code.
Step 2. Once you have your member discount code it’s time to sign up for the event. Click on the event you want to attend and select ‘Register Online’.
Complete the registration form details and then input your unique member discount code into the ‘Add discount code’ box. Make sure you enter your code and double check to ensure the price has dropped to £0.

Please note, member codes are available only to the named individual on the HE Professional Subscription, and cannot be dispersed amongst colleagues.
Can I share my premium subscription or use across my university?
Unfortunately, our subscriptions are for individuals only and cannot be shared.
