Frequent Questions

  • Membership of HE Professional provides full access to our catalogue of content so you can find the best insights on driving enhancement in front-line delivery for students and organisational change.

  • For a period of 12 months, you’ll get access to all free and premium contents as well as unlimited access to all virtual forums and conferences. You will also be able to attend some face-to-face conferences on a first come, first serve basis, as numbers for these are limited.

    If you transferred a booking from an event to HE professional, the event you booked onto will also be included, including face-to-face events.

  • Membership costs £395+VAT for the year and will automatically roll over unless cancelled. You’ll be sent an invoice 30 days out from the annual renewal and will be able to cancel up to 14 days after the renewal date.

  • In short, any number! You can attend an unlimited number of our virtual conferences and face to face conferences throughout the year.

    * In some cases where attendance is capped or in person, for example a training course, we have an allocated number of slots for HE Professional members, which will be provided on a first come first served basis.

  • No. Unlimited event access is only available to the named HE Professional member and cannot be shared or transferred.

  • Unfortunately not, but there are loads of fantastic free resources for you to browse across our site! And you can cancel 14 days after booking for free, unless you attend an event in those 14 days.

Booking

  • Please notify us in writing, at enquiries@heprofessional.co.uk, with as much notice as possible, and no later than 7 days from the day of the event.

  • You will be sent joining instructions 2 weeks prior to an event. If you don’t receive them by this time please contact enquiries@heprofessional.co.uk and we can ensure you are sent them.

  • After 12 months, your membership will automatically renew, for a fee of £395. You will receive an email notification of this 30 days out from the date of renewal. if you do not wish to renew, simply let us know and you will be removed when your membership expires.

Finance

  • Please send us your new supplier form at enquiries@heprofessional.co.uk.

  • Purchase Orders are to be made to our parent company GovNet Communications. The address is 13th Floor, 111 Piccadilly, Manchester, M1 2HY.

  • Payment can be taken over the phone, however all telephone payments must be made through our Manchester office. Please call +44 (0) 161 211 3054.

  • Our accounts team are based in Manchester, if you wish to clarify any payment queries please call +44 (0) 161 211 3054.

  • Yes, just send us a request in writing 14 days after registering for HE Professional, or within 14 days of an automatically renewed subscription for a full refund. Cancellations received outside of this will be subject to the full membership fee. If you have already attended an event of any kind within the first 14 days, then no refund will granted, but we’ll still be happy to cancel your membership.

Membership Access

  • To view your membership profile, click on the Your Account/Login button in the bottom right corner. If you are not logged in, please enter your email and password. You will then be able to see:

    – Your Plan

    – Your profile

    – Your Unique Member Discount Code (Found by clicking ‘edit your profile’)

  • Click on the login/sign up button in the bottom right corner and enter your email address and password.

  • Log into your account and click on the ‘Change your password’ button.

  • Once you are logged in (log in via the button in the bottom right hand corner), you’ll be able to seamlessly access premium content.

  • Step 1. Login to Your Account by clicking the login button in the bottom right hand corner of the site.

    Once you’ve logged in you’ll be able to see your profile. Click on ‘Edit Your Profile’ and scroll down to see your unique member discount code. Copy this code.

    Step 2. Once you have your member discount code it’s time to sign up for the event. Click on the event you want to attend and select ‘Register Online’.

    Complete the registration form details and then input your unique member discount code into the ‘Add discount code’ box. Make sure you enter your code and double check to ensure the price has dropped to £0.

    Please note, member codes are available only to the named individual on the HE Professional Subscription, and cannot be dispersed amongst colleagues.
